We currently seek a dynamic Bartender who understands house operations and implements policies that provide a positive and productive environment for staff as well as delivering an exceptional experience for guests, consistent with our Mission Statement.

Bartender Position Summary:

The Schuler’s Bartender is expected to provide an outstanding guest drinking and dining experience. The ideal candidate will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding guests’ needs and expectations.  Our bartenders are also required to have a full knowledge of the Schuler’s Restaurant and Pub menu.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons, strong knowledge of liquors, wines and beer
  •  Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
  • Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Preparation of fruit, juices, and all mix ingredients
  • Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
 
Education and Experience Requirements:
 
  • Minimum 21 years of age to sell alcoholic beverages
  • High school graduate or equivalent is preferred
